This little corner of the internet is something I’ve been meaning to pull together for a while. POWVibes is the name I’ve given to the creative work I do—mostly writing, editing, and video content that tries to do one thing really well: connect.

Whether it’s helping a startup explain what they do, building a visual identity for a biotech brand, or just cutting together a reel that makes someone feel something—I love the process of turning raw material into meaning. That’s what this is all about.

Why I do this

I’m a filmmaker at heart, and this kind of work gives me a chance to sharpen the skills that matter most to me—crafting mood, shaping tone, finding the emotional current inside an idea. Whether I’m editing a short-form video or writing a script, I’m always thinking about feel—what the audience should take away, not just in terms of information, but energy.

It also gives me something else I really value: the chance to connect with brilliant people and be part of exciting, forward-thinking work. I love teaming up with founders, researchers, creatives—people who are building something real—and helping them shape and expand their message to the world.

I’m not big on fluff or hype. I’m drawn to the kind of work that feels grounded—whether that’s a lo-fi explainer video for a crypto company or a script that needs to strike just the right tone in 15 seconds. There’s something about the challenge of saying more with less that really lights me up.

The name, the vibe

POWVibes is a name that comes from a few different places.

First—yeah, I love skiing. There’s nothing like that feeling of floating through fresh powder with gravity on your side. That’s the “pow.” But it’s also about energy. About presence. About power.

And more than anything, it’s an acronym: Proof of Work. I come from the world of crypto, and that idea always stuck with me—not just as a technical concept, but as a creative philosophy. Every video I make, every script I write, is a kind of proof. Proof of my passion. Proof of my ability. Proof that I’m doing the work, not just talking about it.
